On 04/16, I paid $248.95 via google checkout to for the 6 to 10 KSAs - CAREER PACKAGE to Resume Services. The Career Package included the following: 1) In-depth career history analysis 2) Communication with our team of writers 3) Federal Resume drafting and review 4) 6 to 10 KSAs drafting and review 5) FREE Resume revisions 6) FREE text resume for pasting into the web's most prevalent job-site resources 7) Cover Letter 8) Follow-Up Letter.
On 4/17, I provided to Matt Sutton ([email protected]) and Sean Novick ([email protected]) my current resume, job descriptions of my current and prior job, and announcement for job I was seeking.
On 4/21, I received an email attachment (resume and KSA) from Matt Sutton ([email protected]), however, the resume and KSA have tons of misspelled words, grammatical errors, and lacked required information needed in a federal resume, and there was no correlation to the job announcement and KSA's. I NEVER received the cover letter and follow up letter.
On 04/22, I tried contacting the company at (949) 514-5573 and Customer Support (949) 706-6679, no answer at either phone. I emailed Matt & Sean requesting a working phone number to discuss the resume issues. I called the two numbers again on 04/24/09; no answer and sent another email.
On 04/26, email from Matt that numbers worked & they respond to questions in writing.
On 04/27, sent email requesting they do additional revisions, format to federal resume and several questions.
On 05/01, I forwarded the same issues and questions from the 04/27 email as follow up to Matt because they had not responded.
On 05/05, Matt response "This is our last response & a basically do your own revisions.
KSAresumes did not provided the quality federal resume and KSA writing service as advertised. I asked them to refund the money based on not providing the service as advertised. The website states Our Federal Resumes and KSAs are prepared by Nationally Certified Professional Federal Resume Writers. Our Federal Resume Writing Service provides only superior Federal Resume Service Help and Assistance to ensure you are Equipped with a Flawless Federal Resume, however, I notified them the federal resume & KSA's sent to me had misspelled words, grammatical errors. KSAResume.com response Feel free to revise it. We prepared it as effective as we can".
