I was enrolled in the prescription renew at Caremark, I did not enroll in the prescription refill because I had a big problem with them about 2 years ago when they took it upon themselves to refill my prescription and bill my credit card without authorization, in the proses they send me 2 medications that had I taken them, they would have killed me. I was on a heart medication that was harming me so my Dr. Changed it for a different one, I notified Caremark that it was removed by my doctor and I hide it from my prescription onlin (since I'm not allowed by the co. To delete it). Any way they took it upon themselves to mail me both prescriptions and in doing so they messed up the address and the medication ended up somewhere in Maspeth, I got a call from the lady of the house to pick up the medication that was left at her house. Since her husband gets medications by mail, she opened it thinking it was his and found my phone #. After picking it up Caremark gave me HELL, they were refusing to take it back, they didn't care that they send it to the wrong address and this people opened the package, they didn't know what this people did, I was not going to take this medication, I did not tell them to send the medication, I still had plenty, but, like they toll me 'WE CANNOT SELL IT TO SOMEONE ELSE, SO WE CANNOT TAKE THEM BACK". I had to contact my creditcard co. To get a reverse charge, for months they kept billing me, they removed the charges just before CVS took over. They have once again send me medication without me asking for it, billed my credit card without authorization AND send me medication that I NO LONGER CAN TAKE, (Diltiazem cd) my doctor stopped this medication in December but Caremark want me to keep buying it. ARE THEY TRYING TO KILL ME? Last time it took them 2 weeks to realize their mistake and 3 people called me on the same day to make sure I didn't take the STOPPED medication. Good thing I'm not confused, A confused patient might have taken both pills and die of heart failure due to the medications. They have also send me 6 bottles of WELCHOL which I do take but still have plenty and did not order.
