Dr. Gives 90 day prescription, need authorization letter. Ok. 30 ndays later we are still waiting on medication. Call to find out what the trouble is, "we need another authorization letter. Oh no here it is. I think we need to start this process over again" or the "resulation specialist..." I will put you on hold, count to 3 then hang up". The bottom line is we had to go back to Dr. Get a new prescription, pay full price for meds (not approved by cvs caremark) hopefully we will get our mail order meds. AT&T if you hear me, when our contract is up with these people, please, please GO WITH SOMEONE ELSE.
There needs to be a worse rating rather than stupid frown face.
