I purchased this printer and have had nothing but problems almost from the beginning which was January. I have deleted the whole program from my computer and then put it all back. The "clip" was very nice but was short lived. I try to scan a 8.5 x 11.5 sheet and it will not scan the top 1". The HP Photosmart has multiple problems. I would never purchase anything with the HP logo again. I had a plotter which did work good for years so I will say that worked nicely.
