I purchased this unit from Quills Office Supply brand new for $499.00. One month after the purchase I've had one problem after another. Subsequently I was told to purchase an extended warranty from HP which I did. The problems continued. I spoke with a supervisor at HP this afternoon, his name is Nitesh, he informed me that due to the recurring problems with the printer he would be sending out a replacement. 1 Hour later Nitesh phoned me stating that he was unable to replace the defective item. I use this printer for business. I am so disappointed with Hewlett Packard. If this problem isn't remedied soon, I will never purchase from them again.
