I purchased the HP Color LaserJet CM1312nfi MFP Printer from HP about 2 months ago. I have had problems with this product since I purchased it. I tried to return the product within 30 days of purchasing it and the store refused to take the product back because I purchased a warranty with it. They told me I had to speak with HP to have the product fixed. Here is a list of the problems I am having with this printer:

- won't print from other computers
- won't scan to computer
- loud noises when printing
- printer uninstalls on its own

HP told me I needed to download an additional driver because the installation software that came with the product was outdated. I downloaded the software while speaking to Wendy (Tech Support). The printer did start to print, but shortly after that, it uninstalled itself from my computer. I then had to install another update to stop the printer from uninstalling. She told me there was nothing she could do about the loud noise (that's just how the product works). I am very unhappy with this printer. I paid $500 for this printer and its a piece of junk. The printer won't even scan to my HP computer. When I told her that the printer won't print from my other computers as well, she then tells me that they should have informed me sooner but this is not a networked printer. I hate I purchased this product. I will never purchase another product from HP again!
