Never ever buy hewlett packard again. Actually, my son bought me the tower after mine crashed. It came with Windows 8. What a nightmare. Now Windows 8 does not recognize my expensive Canon Printer. I tried calling Customer Service, to speak with a man from India that I could Hardly understand, gave me his name as Charlie. HUH? Anyway, all he did was say he could not help me and to call Canon, which I had already done. Why must big companies out source to people that can not help. I think we have plenty of people in our Country that need jobs also.
