Their technician screwed up my cable when repairing my neighbor's service yesterday. The technician blew me off when I told him. So I called to schedule for service for me last night. They confirmed a service call for 9-11 this morning. No one showed, so I called at 11:45 am and was told that THEY rescheduled me for Monday. They didn't think that they needed to tell me! Now they're coming from 7-11 TONIGHT. This isn't the first time, they're consistently off the mark on customer service.
