I was contacted by this company regarding siding replacement. I made it very clear to the gal who called me on the phone that I was only interested in setting an appointment if the company offered cement board siding. I did not want vinyl siding and would not ever consider it. The gal on the phone insisted that they did offer the siding I was looking for, so I went ahead and took time off of work to meet with their representative.
What a waste of my time. After taking time off of work I find out by the salesman that the company ONLY offers vinyl siding. I made it clear to the gal on the phone I was not interested in vinyl. I would not have taken time off work or set an appointment if I was not lied to about the products that they offer.
I would be vary wary of any company that lies about it's product offering just to set an appointment so that can try and pressure you into something you don't want.
I also need windows replaced, which NW home improvement sells also, but now I would never ever consider them for any work on my home.
Lesson to all companies, honesty, not lies will earn you people's business.
