A representative from erie construction contacted my father in law in order to set up an appointment about vinyl siding. My in laws moved here from europe so lets just say i'm sure the representative could tell when talking to my father in law. The rep came over the next day and spent 2 1/2 hours selling my in laws vinyl siding for 3 sides of their house, a $1500 sq foot ranch, for a price of $19,000... Unfortunatly me and my spouse were not aware of the meeting before it happened or we would have been present. My mother in law tells me the man was very aggressive with his sales technique. I contacted a friend who does vinyl siding for a living and he has estimated the job at $3500 to $4000. I have several calls into not only the akron ohio office but the customer service manager at the headquarters to find out how this salesman came up with his price. Lucky for us no contracts were signed and none will be. I just want people to be aware of erie construction because i'm sure some older people have not been so lucky
