On May 23rd 2005 Keith Stein came to my home advertising vinyl siding. We then went into a binding contract to have siding put on my home. The siding was put on with a number of problems. I have tried to get them to correct the problems and i get no response. I payed 12274.00 for the job. The siding is falling of the house and nails are driven in the surface of the siding all over the house causing the siding to bow in and out.
I have contacted Keith about the problem and he stated that their is nothing wrong with the home and i was just to hard to please. He has sent workers out to look at the home. He has not even seen the awful job.
I cant understand as a paying customer if he is the one who sold me the siding why want he come out and look at the work his workers did and seee it is awful. Is it alll about the money? To this company or is it about goood quality work and satisfaction. All i want is for them to make it right because i payed for a job that i didnt receive.
