Product does not accomplish goal intended, ripoff because they have not tried to make it right

This company applied liquid vinyl siding to our house in December and January. The siding has cracked in areas therefore there is no seal of protection from water, environment, etc. We were told it was better than conventional vinyl siding and has a lifetime warranty. I have complained to the BBB in this area and to the company itself and have had no response.
