Hill Pine was to apply vinyl siding to my home after removing and replacing the rotton defective siding I had. The worker proceeded to cover all the rotton siding with vinyl without even replacing it. When asked why, I was told it made no difference. I had never been involved in siding before and thought that was how it was done believing them.
When my next door neighbor had their house done, I saw how it SHOULD have been done! All the rotten siding was taken off and replaced with plywood. My was not. They also put sheets of insulation on the home first then the vinyl. Mine was not. The fascia looked wavy and now several years later it is bowing out so far on the very top peek of my house you could stick your hand under it. It was never put under the metal strip below the roof as it should have been. My handyman pointed it out and told me to call them.
I have been calling now for 4 months and get nothing but excuses. A lousy 15 minute job and they cannot spare anyone they are too busy. First their worker was having a baby, then they tried to tell me it must be storm damage! They have never come out and today they hung up on me after telling me I would be charged for a service call if they send someone out here!
This is a lousy RIPPOFF COMPANY that does not stand behind their lousy work. They take advantage of older people who don't know any better.
