I went to an Aldo store 2 weeks ago and as they didn't have the shoes I wanted in my size they offered me to order them online in the store and they will be sent with 4 days to my house. I thought this was a great service... Until I waited 2 weeks without any reply from them even they had my emaila ddress and phone number. When I called and asked what happenend to my shoes they said they don't have them because it is a very popular item that is sold out and there is no chance that I can get them. Now I was wondering when they would have finally thought about contacting me about this issue as I had already paid in the store. When they said that they will refund the money to me (how generous) they said I just have to go back to the store and they will give me the money back!!! I live in London and a trip to one particular Aldo store can take me more than 2 hours. What a customer service is that? How can you sell a product that you actually don't have and get away with it?
I will never buy there again and I disadvice anyone from purchasing anything at an Aldo online store as you simply can't trust them!
