I am very disappointed with The Concorde Collection. I wrote a check dated May 1—they called to notify me that they lacked a ring size for my ring order—but I haven't heard from them since.
If my ring were back ordered I should have been notified. Now two months have gone by—and I have not been contacted by The Concorde collection to notify me if I will receive a ring at all, or allow me to get my money back.
I paid almost forty dollars for that ring—at this point I feel that they should still send my ring to me and send back my money as well.
I am not pleased with the lack of customer service I have received from The Concorde Collection. I will advise my friends and neighbors not to order their products—because they're more interested in collecting money than serving the consumers ordering their goods.
