The phone number that is given for "excellent customer service" is bogus. Nobody ever answers. All it does is ring and ring and ring. Or says "box is full".. I placed an order on May 09 and was expecting to get my order within a week. According to the rave reviews on people saying they received their orders sooo quick. Within a few days.
Well, its now May 21st and when i looked my order up all it says is ordered. It has said this for the last 2 weeks. They sure did take my money out quick when i used paypal. The next day. I stupidly placed an another order and now regret it. I will never use this website again. Ever. I sent them an e-mail today, and am not real optimistic about hearing a response anytime soon.
