Orbitz hotel reservation in Atlantic City placed me in a room without a window. It was undoubtedly the worst room in the hotel. Hotel mgmt basically confirmed that Orbitz customers are relegated to the worst rooms. To upgrade would have been pricier than using the hotel directly. Never again! Orbitz customer service is useless. Minimum wage cookie cutter responses.
