Our reservations were for Mon 06/17-06/21, called 9:30am to move the dates, called Orbitz and they said they would fax the changes to the hotel, but they could not provide a confirmation number. "You will have to trust me" the Orbitz customer rep said. "May I call the hotel to confirm the changes were made?" I asked. "If you think it is necessary" she said. At 4 pm I called the hotel to confirm the change. "We have not received the fax papers" the hotel rep said. I called Orbitz at 4:15pm held til 6:10pm, we will refax Orbitz said, I called hotel at 7pm, no fax receipt. Called Orbitz at 7:15pm held 9pm, Orbitz could not confirm fax receipt, "We will have customer service call you back". Customer service called me, but when I answered they hung up. I am now on Orbitz phone line again. I sure have a story to tell my clients when I visit with them!
