Vivera HP inks. - vivera Original HP inks

I just want to inform HP that their quality on their replacement ink cartridges has been dominishing.
I have all HP computer products and they have served me well. The only complaint I have is my HP vivera cartridges when installed new, out of the new package are not always full. This has happened more often lately.

I don't know if you are aware of this fact or not. Please take note of this fact. My All in One, model C5180 works fine but shows me my new cartidges are not always full. Average missing 1/4 of the ink.
