I purchase some military T-shirts from a company called "Teamlogo" on the internet. After reviewing and comparing their merchandise with other companies I decided to order from this company. I called in the order on their 800 number and ordered with my credit card. Their advertisement for the particular items stated they were "100 % cotton". No where in their description did it mention the T-shirts were "pre-shrunk". After I received the items by mail, I noticed on the T-shirts, listed on the front of label, they were "100% Cotton. Pre-shrunk". I tried to call their 800 number several times to ask why they were not advertised properly, but my calls were not answered or my messages left were never returned. I finally made contact with a Ms. Clara-Marie Hemrick, Customer Service Manager, and discussed this matter by email. She was very defensive regarding my complaint of why this was not mentioned under their description of their, what appeared to be a clear/specific description of the clothing items, internet advertisement. She finally agreed, after several emails to her attention, to return credit to my credit card account. After mailing the items back to the companies home office, I received only a portion of the refund that I paid. This company did not honor what they stated on their website regarding return/refund policy. They stated "Customers should be assured that any errors on the part of Teamlogo.com will be handled immediately and without further cost to the customer". I would advise anyone considering purchasing items from this company to really think twice about their operation and unwilling to uphold their policies, plus their unprofessional customer service practices.
