Ripoff refuse to honor published return policy on items purchased

I returned over $ 250 in brand new clothing items to this company back in Jan. 2005 and they refuse to issue me a refund claiming that they have a 1-year limit on returns. I told them that neither their own company's web site or the return instruction labels that originally came with these clothing items, indicate that there is ANY time limit to return clothing for a refund.

Their policy simply states "If you are not completely satisfied with your selection, return it to us (in original condition) for an exchange or refund..." so even though all the clothing items were returned in this exact condition, along with the proper return labels, they refuse to refund my money.

I already paid for these items in full via monthly payments to their private label credit card. They subsequently have tried twice to return these items to me, but they keep mailing them to incorrect addresses.

I have emailed them numerous times and my letter sent to them via US mail on 2/9/05 has received no response. All their mail order catalogs as well as their web site claims "satisfaction guaranteed".
