Where are my shirts!

I purchased a few shirts from this website after following them for a little while on Facebook as suggested from a friend. Seemed like a good concept, eco-friendly clothing. I ordered the shirts in August and never received them so I used the contact form on the site. I had no response for a week so I filled it out again. Finally a week later a gentleman called me and said he apologized and that he would ship them ASAP. I waited another two weeks and finally they showed up but were the wrong sizes I filled out the form once again and I believe the same person called me up and stated it was the only sizes he had left and that I could receive a refund or pick different items. I requested the refund.

Here it is December and no refund, I have contacted him multiple times and to date have no returned calls or emails. I guess this is why people say dont do business over the internet...
