My parents, both in their 80's have a refrigerator they bought from Sears, along with the "service agreement". The frig started humming loudly. Repairman came a week after being called. He said the cooling fan was bad. He didn't have one, so he ordered it. A few days later, the frig stopped working. It has now been two weeks since the first telephone call to Sears. My parents do not have a frig, and they are waiting for the repairman to come back to put the cooling fan on to "see if that works". I have tried to talk to the Sears repair center. I am kept on hold and then get cut off as soon as someone comes on the line. I have tried the corporate office; they forward me to the repair center.
I've had it with these a-holes! I will never buy anything from Sears again, even if I have to pay more somewhere else.
This company deserves to be shut down!!
