Direct Tv billed me 6 years late - direct tv

My encounter with Direct Tv today is that I received a bill from 6 years ago when I lived in Alabama in 2003.in 2005 I signed up for Direct Tv in Texas and they told me I owed a cancellation bill of 331.00 from 05 and that I had to pay it in order to get new service. So I paid it over the phone 4 or 5 years ago. Today I got a message that I am being cut off of service if I don't pay a bill of 331.00 from 6 years ago, the same bill. I called Direct Tv only to be told that it was not their concern that they sent me this email on a Saturday Night 2 days before I am scheduled to go in for a Hysterectomy and that they would be unable to wait to cut my service off so that I could have time to have me bank search thru months of payments in three different accounts and search 3 credit card statements to see which one I used. They would be cutting me off immedidatly if I did not make the payment again.

Now, here is the beauty of this. I have been on the phone with Direct Tv 5 times in a year asking for them to send me my regualr monthly statement by ebill and I have yet to recieve one, but they can send me a bill that is 6 years old... Go figure. Below is the fax number to the finance department that Direct Tv has made public in the event I can find the documentation while I am incapacitated by a surgery. 877-580-2148. But I though it was so nice of all three people I talked with "understood completely my frustration" like robots... Do you think they understand completely?
