Postal worked stated that he did not have to deliver my mail if i didnt put my name on the mail box. But 2 other people who have apartments in my building dont have there name on the boxes and he never even tried to speak with them, he went to the point of giving me a letter but never gave them one why am i singled out. I got the letter the next day he rang my door bell and explained to me that he has the right to not deliver my mail if i dont do as wishes. Now i am wondering can he really not deiver my mail over this. Why am i singled out.
