I puchased the Stargate SG1 boxset for a christmas present in November 08, it arrived on the 3rd December 08, box was a bit battered so opened it to check discs were not damaged, no damage to disc's but they were friday 13th discs, emailed ioogame same day and they replied next day to say sorry and it's their fault and they would send a replacement ASAP, i emailed to request this would be delivered in time for christmas and they said it would.
It's now July 09 and i'm still waiting, have emailed them 100's of times they have replied a few times to assure me it's on it's way but still waiting. Have kept all copies of my emails and ioogame's reply's (not that i have received many). Though last 2 months of emails to this company have gone unanswered
All i want is my replacement stargate SG1 boxset that i purchased (money was taken straight away) so i can give my husband a christmas present (even though it will be xmas 09 present rather than 08)!!
