I ordered the Baby Einstein DVD collection (26 DVDs in total) and reported back to the company that 7 didn't work.
They emailed me back straight away to say that they would send out a replacement without having to return the faulty collection.
The replacement didn't arrive so a few days later I emailed them to say I would prefer a refund. On 3 December, I asked for a refund and was told that they would ask the manager. I haven't heard anything back from them since but I have sent them four more emails asking for my refund.
