My husband and I purchased "Gilmore Girls complete seaseon 1-7 Collectors DVD Boxset" with IOOGAME which seemed cheap at that time. Ioogame delivered it within a reasonable time and first of all everything seemed to be complete and in good condition. While watching it we realised that some DVDs were missing the subtitles and some were of poor quality (picture and sound). The last and final DVD of the last series was missing because the one before was put in double.
My husband and I wrote several (at least 20) e-mails, which were within the stipulated time for complaints. Some were answered saying sorry and assuring a refund or sending us the missing DVD or promising all sorts of things. It is over a year now and nothing has happened and they have not answered our e-mails anymore.
They even have a return policy on their website but you never get an address where to send your parcel back to. The only hint was that the parcel seemed to be delivered from HONG KONG. Also, there is no telephone or fax-number. We still would like to have a solution.
Be very careful, there is a good reason why "IOOGAME" seems to be so cheap!!!
