Placed order, which I was later told could not be delivered to PO Box address as it need to be signed for. I supplied another address. I did not recieve item. I have been in constant contact via email, which I have kept for my records. I was informed that a refund would be processed. I have not received this refund. I thought that because this site had paypal it was safe.
