Deep Space 9 ordered and paid for 4/12 still waiting delivery and they won't reply to emails United States united states

I ordered the complete Series of Deep Space 9 for Christmas on the 02/12/08 and was sent an email to say it had been dispatched on the 4/12/08. I still had not recieved my items by the 15th so emailed them and actually got a response two days later to say that I should wait a couple more days because of the possible delay due to christmas.

I have sent a further FIVE very polite emails to which the company has not replied to any!

'IooGame is dedicated to providing our customers with the best service'... So why don't they reply to emails

'24 Hours Live Help Customer Support! Highly rated customer service' and 'Instant access to sales & service specialists during business hours'... Really because its been switched off since before christmas

'Order confirmation and shipment notification with tracking information!'... Again still waiting for mine

Needless to say very upset, if anyone has any luck getting in touch with these jokers let me know... I'm off to report them for fraud with my credit card company.
