Ordered box set for Christmas present... And had it delivered to my mom's house... Actually was received, BUT, it was a burned copy and some of the discs didn't work!!!
Emailed the company and was messaged by Gordon Kennedy (Customer Service Manager) that a replacement set would be sent. I'm still waiting for my mom to receive her Christmas present! I followed up several times since, wondering where the actual set was, sending numerous e-mails—actually so did my mom try to email them, but as the others state, there is no response to e-mails and the website is not working. What a bummer Christmas present I gave her this year: (
