All I was trying to determine was the speed of the ram in a computer I had bought a while back. Of course it was out of warranty so 3 out of the 10 times I called them I got someone helpful, and those helpful tech support people (while being all but completely unknowledgeable about the product) could not answer my simple question. The most interesting conversation was the last one, where the woman kept stating I needed to purchase a warranty before she could answer the question. Not a tech support question, but a product question. After responding that to every one of my inquiries she just went silent and stayed on the phone for several minutes before I hung up. WOW, incredible CS you have there HP!
