Called for information concerning fax and telephone connections out of warranty. Yesterday technician very helpful... Even called our phone company to assist with problem. Disconnected called back today. Two techicians refused to give me assistance with out warranty... Or could purchase tech support warranty.
Questioned free information given yesterday as opposed today...
One tech asked me what country the tech support person originated Well that's a wonderful? He asked if her accent was like his I said yes, he said from India I reminded him that there were many from India living in the US. Neither phone calls today brought any type of satisfaction-HP has lost any further business from me.
