$300 Cash Back Bundle Offer Unknown to Other Agents

I was offered a bundle deal, and the woman specifically stated that I would receive 300.00 dollars cash back. When speaking with other assistants, they said they had never heard of such a deal. I told the woman this deal sounded a little over the top, but she insisted it was true and said she would mail the check as soon as I provided proof of switching from a cable company. Well, now I am stuck with Comcast, which is expensive and a monopoly.
