I had a sprinkler system installed last year and at the time of installation Rain 4 Sale hooked my timer up on the same circuit that runs my well pump. When the two were on at the same time the circuit was overloaded and the breaker would trip. This happened to me one morning while showering for work. Needless to say I was not pleased. They came out and put a larger breaker in but I told them I wanted the irrigation system on a seperate circuit. Since then I have been very patient and waited for them to complete the job. I have called numerous time and have not even received a call back. I addition to this I recently had them come out and convert the shallow well installed last year to an artesian well. They cut the plumbing for the shallow well and did not cap it off. I now have an open well. I am not familiar with the inspection criteria or local ordinances but I am fairly certain this is not acceptable. I could go out there myself and put a cap on the line but the principle is that they should have completed the job. They completed the well over a month ago and I have called them many times since then with no response. Their customer service and support has been terrible. They are a licensed contractor and should be held to a certain set of standards. Rest assured they willl get no more of my businees nor will they at any time get a referral from me.
