STOLE 200.00 dollars from my account. Without any authorization. When We called comcast to get our money back, it was a power struggle. And we still have not recieved our money back, after 2 months. American Fork

When two Comcast representatives came to our door, they told us that the only charges for our bundle package would be 113.00 dollars. Well the first bill came and it was over 200.00 dollars. When I called to ask about this, they told me it was a one time charge for all the connections fees etc...
Then the next bill came and I had another one time charge on it. And each month I had to deal with a new fee or charge or extra tax's. Then in May I not only get charged the triple play fee (original 113.00 for all three services, cable, internet and home phone) but they charged me 40.00 for each service, which doubled my bill, making it 224.00 dollars. When I talked to someone regarding the overcharges they said it was because my year contract was up and I was being charged their regular fees. I did not recieve any notification that my year was ending and i would be charged more.
after paying my overcharged fees. We noticed that Comcast had takin 201.00 out of our bank account. Neither my husband or I authorized this. And when my husband talked to a Rep. They said that we had signed up for automatic debit. Neither my husband or i have signed up for auto debit with comcast. We asked them to put the money back into our account and the rep. On the phone said they would, however they have not given our money back. It has been 2 months now.
I also noticed that they have been charging us a month in advance for their services. They have now dissconnected our services and tell us we owe them over 600.00 dollars. Which we do not owe to them. I dont know where to go to get the help that we need to correct things. They are not working with us and are not honest with their dealings at all. I cant afford to just pay it off so it doesnt go to collections. They have been the worst company to ever deal with in my lifetime.
