I have the most basic cable tv package available, the lowest priced telephone package and the least expensive cable modem I can bundle and I still pay over $170 per month? Is that the national norm, or is it because there are no other cable companies in our area and they have a virtual monopoly here? When I call to ask questions or complain, I may get a slight price decrease. The last time the customer service agent noticed I had all 3 Infinity services and someone? Should have noticed that and given me a bundle price. Why isn't that done automatically? Why wasn't it credited retroactively And why do I always have to call to see if they have given me the best possible price? Rhetorical questions ofcourse!
