2/09 - Specialist mounted Verizon Fios
3/1/09 - Noticed that the back yard safety lamps had ALL been pulled out. Experimented with change lamps on and realized that Verizon battery container have been mounted on the electric supply within the storage.
3/17/09 - Coyotes joined the unprotected yard of my house at apx. 3 A.M. And ruined my Jack Russel Terrier (will even find payment for my puppy of 5 years).
After amount of household mourning I started calling Verizon.
4/1/09 - Spoke with Verizon Tech. Who claimed somebody may contact me in 24 hours. Solution #CADR0215C5. (800) 483-4000
4/6/09 - no-return phone - Named and talked with Bridgette who stated a boss is likely to be returning my phone over the following handful of hours.
4/8/09 - No return call - Called again and spoke with Shantel who referred me to construction complaints and said to press Number 1.
4/8/09 - Called (877) 483-4428 at 3:15 pm and left a voice message.
4/10/09 - no-return phone - Named Building Grievances again and talked with Charles who stated I had been provided the incorrect quantity and also to attempt (888) 552-7555.
4/10/09 - Named and was handed another number to phone (800) 227-2600 which wound up being the Search-Attentive quantity.
4/10/09 - Search-Alert called me to (800) 483-1000 and that I talked with Jaime remained on-hold with me for atleast 90 minutes. Jaime subsequently linked me to Correct/Deploy.
4/10/09 - Talked with Justin (owner #Z036159) who explained he did not possess a boss which my phone would need to be delivered. After I told him that I'd maintain, he impaired moved me towards the main-line.
4/10/09 - Talked with Ryan who called me a Person Service Supporter called Christine (Bob) at (425) 261-8275 and explained that she'll contact me by 11 A.M. My period.
4/10/09 - Christine named and informed me that she was still focusing on solving my problem which she'd possess a manager contact me.
4/15/09 - no-return phone from Christine or perhaps a Manager - Named Christine again and quit a speech communication with my cell phone number (951) 231-7301.
4/16/09 - no-return phone - Named Christine again and quit still another speech communication with my range.
