I ordered 2 coupons Nov 28 which were never received. Today your rep Elba Torres told me that they were supposed to be sent out Dec 19th, and are showing not redeemed and expired. I never received them & she thought it was due to the address. My address is my post office box at an annex of the main post office. This happens to be at a UPS Store. This address is my legal address - on my drivers license, IRS form, etc, and has been so for more than 10 years. My residence address for my home in which I have owned and lived since 1992, is a legally secure (safety & privacy reasons) address and appears only in the secured files of the tax assessor's office, voter registration & homeowner's insurance. There is no mailbox in front of my house & the post office cannot deliver to my residence. My mailing & legal address is that of one of the postal annexes the post office uses whch correctly shows to you as a commercial address (The UPS Store).
