Me and my husband picked up the phone to call directv for a installment of the service in november 06 we could not get the installment because of the kind of apartment we where living at so we called and asked for our money they then sent us a check for unused service but the check to hour surprise could not be cashed because it was there on time when i went to the check cashing place they send it was over due we have been trying to reach them on this mater but no respone or help with this sistioin
