I also have a very expensive washer i purchased from Sear's back in the pump in the washer broke because it wasn't draing out the water so of course i had to wait 2 weeks before a technician will be able to come out, in the meantime i had to hand wash all my clothes, apparently all the small items were being caught in the filter so i was given a mesh bag to hold all the small item, Well guess what my washer is not working again, but this time the lock on the door will not open and i have clothes sitting in the washer with water, so what did the rep tell me i have no choice but to wait until Wednesday for Technician to come out and take a look at, so meantime my clothes will be loaded with bacteria from sitting in the water for three days, she promised me that someone from the Technician Dept will contact me the next day, so far I am still waiting for a call. I told her i will break the door because I am need my clothes, she said if i did it will void my warranty because it is ABUSE. Imagine that i cannot get my clothes out of the washer and i have no choice but to wait until they show up that is if they do show up. And believe it or not bought all my appliances from Sears. Not me again I will never purchase anything from Sears again and i will report this to the Better Business Bureau. I think the CEO's need to know what lousy service Sear's have or whoever is in charge.
