Sears service man came to my house on 12/07/09 to repair my washer and dryer, the service man said that he could not fix the washer and needed to order two partsand have shipped to my house. He said that a service man would come on 12/14/09 and put the parts on. The service man came as scheduled and put the parts on and I took another Protection Agreement for another year and the man left. On today 12/15/09 I started the washer to run the water, put my bleach and detergent in and my white clothes including white uniforms shirts, the washer completed running water but would not start the wash cycle. I tried in what I could but it would not do anything. I called Sears Service Department and to Jake what had happen, he said that he could send someone on 12/21/09, Iexplained again to him again what was happening, he said that was the only thing he could do. I ask to speak to someone else he said hold on, I held for about ten no one came to the phone. I hung up and called right back and someone pick up the phone and hung up. I called back and Jay answered the phone, I explained the problem to him, he said that he would send someone to my house on 12/21/09, I told him that I had my clothes in the washer full of water, bleach and detergent he said that could not send anyone out before that date. I asked to speak to someone that could help me he said that there were no one that I could speak to I had to get really upset before he would allow me to talk to someone else. Aaron came to the phone and said that he was a supervisor and said that all their repair men was busy and that they were busy because of the holidays season. I ask him what was I supposed to do about my clothes. Aaron told me to try to turn the timer and see if the water would run out the washer so that my clothes wouldn"t be in water. I explained to him that I had turn the timer a many times trying to get the washer to work. Aaron told me that he would talk to someone to see if they could let the water out of the washer and would call me back. I sat by the phone and waiting for the phone call but he never call me back. I have my appliances from Sears a many years, I have a stove from Sears about 2 years with the Protection Agreement to expire in I bought this washer and dryer in 2002 and has kept the Protection Agreement on them and I have bought most of my appliances and TV's from Sears down through the many years. I am so very upsetand worry about my clothes. I don't appreciate this treatment fromm your staff. I do not how to repair my washer that is the I take the Protection Agreement. I wait for someone to repair my washer and replace my lost. Evarene Johnson i
