I purchased a washer from sears a couple month ago. And now is leaking water on the bottom of the washer. I checked with sears they said the washer is still under warranty they will send a technician out. Technician came out twice and said we must have abused the washer, it will cost me $575 to fix it!!?? Why the hell should I buy the warranty for? Spent hrs on the phone, final judgment voided contract. I really mad at this situation. I will never purchase anything from Sear again.
I just want to spread the words to everyone to know Sear is not honnor their warranty. I checked online. I am not the only one who is the victim of this scam. (overload or abuse)
