Rooms to Go has the worst customer service. Furniture gets delayed for months, you receive the wrong items, and most times it arrives damaged.
If you call customer service you must wait at least 30 min. Lorretta (customer service manager) will tell you to "just deal with the problem". I asked what her definition of customer service was and she respnded "that has nothing to do with this." Then she hung up on me.
Do not shop at Rooms to Go! It is not worth the greif that you will go through. There are other places to shop for funiture!
