Loomex website was very helpful and the fellow who took my order was very thorough. It hardly took any time to complete my order (for two like bouquets for delivery to the same hospital), but they arrived without a vase. I thought they would arrive in a vase and would have purchased them had I known otherwise. Regardless, the flowers were delivered on time, looked beautiful and were very much appreciated. I will definitely use Bloomex again.
