I am very displeased with the service I received on my washer and dryer on 12-07-09 and 12-14-09. The man could not repair my washer and had to order a partThe man came on 12/14/09 and put the part on the washer. I loaded the washer on today, 12/15/09 and the washer ran the water but not wash. I called and explained the problem to Jay he said that he could only send someone on 12/21/09, I spoke to supervisor Aaron and he said the same thing. I told them that my clothes were in the washer full of water with bleach and the work, he said that he would try to find someone to tell me how I could get the water out the washer and that he would call me back, he never called me. I am very upset and can not afford to lose my clothes. I have the Protection Agreement and took out another Protection Agreement on yesterday with the service man for another year. I am asking for a resolution to this problem. I have purchase my appliances from Sears for many years, I have a stove from you all about 2 years years ago with a Protection Agreement through TV's and many other things. I don't appreciate this bad treatment and the unconcern I received today from your staff, one person hung up on me, another told me that he was transfering my call to another department and did not and Jay said that there was no one that I could speak to, I had really insist on speaking to a supervisor before he would allow me to speak to Aaron, even though he said that he would check on something and call me back, but never did. Please tell me what I am suppose to do with a washer full of water ith my clothes in that detergent and bleach. I need your help.
