I called Orbitz and the hotel and gave them my credit card and Orbitz totally screwed the arrangements for our company's employees and did not fax the hotel. I make the reservations for our employees and I will not use Orbitz again. I was disconnected from the phone 3 times and they were very rude every time I called back. Your company and website is terrible. Our employees were left standing in the lobby for a long time and no one would help-the hotel or Orbitz.
