Have used Orbitz for several trips. Successful until it came to going abroad and extended trips. Disappointed in actual help to make decisions as well as ability to communicate with the customer service person we were working with. Orbitz will not take responsibility for the mistakes. Will not be using Orbitz again. Sorry our first trip abroad started with Orbitz.
