It was October, I was in the process of looking for a job. I applied a lot of places, i had a job with another company pretty well lined up, but kept applying elsewhere just to be safe. Mike McMahon calls me and wants to set up an interview, i probe him with questions, and he seemed to be well informed so i didnt hesitate on meeting with Terron.
When i go to my interview, the receptionist tells me that they scheduled me on the next week, and i drove 40 miles to come to this. Its friday, and they said they had me scheduled for the following monday. That was competely unprofessional.
I come back on Monday and i meet with 5'2 Terron. I met with him, he seemed professional and young, I took him to heart speaking with him at first and he offered me the job.
I had to come back for a drug test and such a few days later.
During those few days of waiting for the drug test, i felt like doing my due diligence on the company. I found things on this site, and also saw other links talking about Terron and his 'fake' company. I was then skeptical and kept a guard, and i kept calling Mike McMahon and i had asked about the insurance provider, and other things. When i went back to talk to Terron and had my 35 dollar drug test check, i asked him questions, and wanted to know where Mike McMahons office was. He said 'why do you ask so many questions' and 'that really annoys me' and he said it makes me concerned about you or something to that affect.
I was flabbergasted, i was like what are you talking about, i just want to know who else works here, and he 'Get out of my office' and i said 'give me my personal information', he gave it to me, and i left. Thank God, i grabbed my information, who knows what his plan was to do with it. I talked to the receptionist after i leave his office, and just like the other posts, she didnt know a thing about Terron or The Fleming organization. She was clueless, and i heard her and the manager of the floor of the building talking about what seemed to be about Terron before i went in. I think the manager and Terron had gotten in an arguement, and he was kicking him out, (but i dont know that for sure) he didnt mention terrons name but was talkign about how the guy called him racist which seems like something Terron does, pulling the race card and not being professional.
I know he is a scam because he is the only person at the office, he posts everything on his website from freepressrelease.com. I never met Mike McMahon, i did talk to someone on the phone named Mike McMahon but seriously doubt his actual excistence. If he is a real person he has to be outsourced, or out of his mind to work there. Every 'business' who put feedback on their site only put their name and not the company that they are affiliated with. Which if you use common sense doesnt make The Fleming Organization credible at all.
Every question asked to Terron is dodged and he beats around the bush by giving an answer that overall doesnt even directly answer the question asked. Its always for legal purposes that he cant do this, or another reason why he cant do THAT? What makes you so special that you withhold all information about your company, employees, and clients, while all the big name and credible companies issue statements on real credible reports, not freepressrelease.com
The BBB has information on their site about them, which shows how uncredible they are. Im glad, Terron is a fraud, and is just trying to make ends meet by taking peoples drug test money. Thats the only way i can think of him making money, i didnt see one other employee, or know of an actual business that has done work with him.
Im sure that him or McMahon will write on here, because apparently they are on here alot in their 8 hr workday. Checking to see that newest fraud alert about there company. If i had a company with that many fraud alerts, and now a news channel 5 story, i would just stop, I mean having these many issues and they have only been in business maybe 9 months, (they were incorporated last year) he didnt inherit it, like he has told everyone he interviews.
Terron when i met him said he was 29 or whatever i dont remember but now it comes out in the wash that he is 22. I mean why does he have to lie about his age. And it came out that he never worked in the automotive sales industry like he told everyone else. Terron man seriously you have to take a step back and realize am i making this easy on everyone. I understand you wanting to run your own company but I knew after i left your office that i wasnt the only one you had done this too.
Just know that people dont like feeling pushed around.
I got a fantastic job now a better deal then the 19.75 you promised me and hour. Im a pretty blessed man. I would like to meet christopher and any other employee that has been victim to Terron, i would like to talk and just share the experience so if they need any additional help in their case, then i can assist them.
