R&S Marketing has been forced to take legal action against Terron Fleming aka Mark Ballard and TMF Marketing aka TMF Marketing Online aka TMF Marketing USA in order to stop the onslaught of malicious postings and lies about our business, our employees and myself.
Mr. Fleming claims he recorded a conversation supposedly with me and posted it as a rebuttal. It is full of hate speech and continues to be one lie after another. He claims to know me and our company. Again, I have never met Terron Fleming aka Mark Ballard or any of his other aliases. I've never seen him, don't know if his business is real or not, and continue to be flabbergasted with the lies he continues to post. Freedom of Speech is not a panacea for hate speech, criminal accusations or stating someone has been arrested for a crime. There is protection for anyone for that kind of character assignation.
He has accused me of stealing his wife's social security number, stealing credit cards, being under investigation for drug possession, etc. Terron Fleming claims that he has stolen clients from us to explain his relentless tirade... Another lie... He's only been around since July. Again, I've never met Mr. Fleming and had never heard of him until last Monday when we discovered he had plagiarized our website. Since then he is on a one man defamation campaign.
We have turned over threatening statements made by Mr. Fleming (left in a message on my phone) to the proper authorities, as well as all the postings that include malicious and illegal statements. We have instructed our Attorney to file suit against TMF Marketing/Terron Fleming/Mark Ballard.
I urge anyone to contact the BBB or the Attorney General of Missouri and they will verify that we are a business in good standing. You can contact both on line, www.bbb.org and ago. Mo. Gov, please do so. Please contact the Better Business Bureau about Mr. Fleming, they opened a file on him in July.
